Hoteller nær Pioneer Park

"We found this property on another trip a month ago, and were impressed. It's convenient to Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island. While a lot of properties are cutting back on their breakfast buffets, the quality here remains excellent. There's really only one draw-back: the lack of a coffee maker in the room. But if you don't mind waandering to the breakfast area in your pajamas, they don't seem to mind either."

"Propre et confortable"

"We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!"

"Frig had a small freezer, thank you, great to freeze the packs to keep things cool Walking distance to restauants"

"The pool was out of service but I do not fault them for that. The efforts to make this property nice definitely show. I appreciate the welcomeness of all staff"

"Perfect location and the house is extremely well decorated. I was only there for Halloween event in Fernandina Beach so I did not spend much time at the B&B just to sleep. Even with the AC off, I could’ve used an extra blanket though it was a bit chilly."

"Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the receptionist. She was extremely rude, and her attitude was unacceptable. We spoke with other guests who had the same experience. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, our experience with her unfortunately means we won’t be coming back."

"Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again."

"Stay was great!!!"

"Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was spotless. The beach was just a few steps away. Close to historic downtown shopping district, nature trails, and seafood restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful. We've stayed here a couple of times, and we'll definitely be back."

"A beautiful place"

"The front desk appears to have charged me $53 for a security and never removed it. It appears that the amount has been deducted from my account"
