"Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the receptionist. She was extremely rude, and her attitude was unacceptable. We spoke with other guests who had the same experience. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, our experience with her unfortunately means we won’t be coming back."

"We arrived late. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have been more friendly and courteous. Really helped accommodate us. Wonderful and quiet room with plenty of space. Slept great. Would highly recommend this HIEx. Definitely will stay here again. "

"Monique the front desk staff member was genuine, courteous and helpful as were the other staff ladies. William the shuttle driver was professional and efficient.
The breakfast staff and the breakfast was very good. The front lobby had coffee at all times, swimming pool was clean and they had snacks to buy on property. A wonderful place to stay with friendly staff."

"This was our 2nd stay and we were very pleased. Pleasant staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds. One of our favorite things is when the hotel puts out ice cream for the guests, they also have games for entertaining, free coffee and tea. I saw the hotel will be making some renovations soon and we look forward to seeing them on our next visit. "
