Hoteller nær Halfmoon Island Preserve

"The pool was out of service but I do not fault them for that. The efforts to make this property nice definitely show. I appreciate the welcomeness of all staff"

"The front desk appears to have charged me $53 for a security and never removed it. It appears that the amount has been deducted from my account"

"Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the receptionist. She was extremely rude, and her attitude was unacceptable. We spoke with other guests who had the same experience. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, our experience with her unfortunately means we won’t be coming back."

"Got off cruise and let me check in early. They are remodeling so that is why I didn't give full marks."

"Très propre et personnel accueillant !"

"I needed a lay-over place to stay for my son beginning his adventures in the US. I wrote in advance to ask for help checking him and his friend in. They had to book another room when they arrived - so my prepaid reservation was just lost. No answer or communication in reply to my request. I cannot recommend that type of service to anyone."

"Super flinke personale, god beliggenhed ift indkøb, lækker pool og lufthavnens bussen kørte efter bestillingen "

"Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay"

"Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again."

"Dejlig tæt på stranden "

"Great place to stay for a cruise. Clean, helpful staff. My only complaint is that the breakfast is a little lacking. Quality/selection is limited and the last two times I stayed the pancake machine was supposedly broken so no pancakes."

"Propre et confortable"

"Amazing resort very clean and friendly staff."
