"This is a well appointed, clean condo with comfortable beds and a thoughtful host. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and the lovely balcony overlooks the new Riverwalk Park. "

"This place truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Nestled in a vibrant location, it offered an abundance of activities and attractions just a stone's throw away. One of the standout features was the excellent on-site restaurant, the Water Dog. The ambiance was inviting, and the menu featured many dishes. It was the perfect spot to unwind. My stay was enjoyable and memorable, thanks to the fantastic surroundings and great place."

"Wow, amazing location in the heart of Lynchburg. Easy walking distance to anything: trails, historical sites, food. Check-in directions were right on point and parking was always available close to property. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax after a long day exploring. Exceeded expectations!!"

"Wonderful stay at the caboose. Excellent communication with the hosts! They were great to work with. As mentioned in the listing, it is on top of a hill overlooking a working steel mill, but once inside you could not hear anything! They did a grea job with insulation and blinds so it does not disturb you at night. Would definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and spacious. We liked that it looked out on the woods, while being close to shopping. The road was a little busy, but with the apartment being in the back/lower level of the unit it was quiet. Beds were very comfy! The host responded quickly to messages. It was a nice area of town so we felt very safe. We would stay here again."

"My mother and I came down for a weekend trip and the place was absolutely perfect for us! Just down the street there was a farmers market and that same night, a festival! The location of the place was perfect walking distance from everything. The balcony was wonderful to sit on after a long day and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! "Staying in this beautiful historic home was like staying with dear friends. It’s a lovely house in a great neighborhood. It was clean and inviting. Virgil was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The beds were so comfortable that I slept as well as I do at home. We walked to great restaurants and all around the neighborhood and local park. We loved the front porch! We would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice loft with many thoughtful amenities! The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was perfect both at night and for coffee in the morning! There were many choices for dinner and we walked to one of the restaurants recommended by the hosts. In the morning we went to several of the shops. This location was a perfect place to explore this riverfront area! "
