"Every detail was attended to. The cottage was so new and clean with all the conveniences and no clutter. Poor Matlacha got hit hard by the hurricane BUT it felt great to support the local businesses as they recover and to come home to our cottage and spa/pool on the water. Just LOVED it!"

"The cottage was quite unique being located directly behind the owners residence in a neighborhood. The unit was perfect for my wife and I during our 2 night stay. It was clean and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor was beachy and appeared to be professionally done. The grounds outside the cottage was very nice with multiple sitting area’s to enjoy cocktails or coffee. The 2 rocking chairs were a nice touch and relaxing while enjoying beverages in the morning...

"We had a wonderful few days on LGI! The owners were more than accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of! The cottage was well stocked and had the most perfect cozy vibe. "The property was a studio style space tucked away in an area close to the lighthouse beach end of the island. I enjoyed the space and especially having a bike. For the first few days I smelled an unpleasant water smell coming from the bathroom but the more I used the kitchen sink it seemed to dissipate. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail.
