"The property is fairly new and has a lovley view, being high up in the top of a hill. Location is good with short drives to most attractions and shops in and around Port Stephens. It was sufficient bedding for all of us (10 adults). Rooms downstairs are rather small and no air condition, only fans, but the cord was too short to use with the only power point behind the bed in the room with 2 single beds, an extension cord would have been helpful.
