"This was our second time staying at the Evan Cottage and it was yet again perfect for our little family of 4. It is the coziest little home away from home and we can’t recommend it enough! Listing is very accurate, and although we didn’t have to reach out to the owners beforehand or while there, we know it would’ve been easy to get ahold of them if needed. "Been back for a few days and my friends and I are still talking about what a phenomenal time we had staying here.First off, hats off to both Tammy and Diane at Mermaid Cottages who were in communication throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. It goes a long way knowing they were just a phone call away .The location for this home is perfect. Just minutes to Tybee Beach and 15-20 minutes from Savannah. Would highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise down by the dock. You...
