"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and comfortable bed!"

"The room was clean with convenient parking. Other guests smoked outside and talked loudly on the phone right outside the door on several occasions which wasn't great."

"Everything was fine except they misplaced my electric toothbrush and expensive toothpaste. Not sure what happened there."

"The continuing issue that was present also under the prior ownership is that certain of the staff the handles the front desk is seriously under trained."

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again"

"The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning. The staff was very helpful, friendly,...

"We were visiting family in Wixom and decuded to bring our dog all the way from Holland, MI. Daniel was a great host, we had a small issue with entering the home and Daniel was quick to respond and help us get in quickly. The home was cute, clean and in a lovely hidden area. Location is excellent as it is on a secluded road but also close to stores, restaurants and many other shops. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10"
