"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. "Save your money and stay somewhere else! This hotel is absolutely not worth the trouble due to a severe lack of service and cleanliness.The biggest shock was finding a mouse in our bathtub. Management offered no real apology or reaction; they just changed our room. The rooms themselves are completely stuck in the 1990s, and feature terrible, paper-thin mattresses. No soap or paper towels in the kitchenette. The service is highly inconvenient with the reception desk only open from 8 AM to 8 PM....
