"Tom was a dream to communicate with and his home was gorgeous! The photos hardly do the stunning view justice. It's even better in person. Indeed, there is a big set of stairs that one must climb/descend to get to the loft and the bedrooms lack a little privacy but we had zero issue with either! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a fabulous 2-week stay at Juan's penthouse apartment. Amazing views and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is really quirky and suited us perfectly. It's the penthouse so obviously it's on the top floor. We counted 45 steps from bottom to top. We used that as our exercise for the fortnight, carrying our shopping and bottles of water so to us, it wasn't a hindrence. "We loved our stay in Formentera. The apartment was a great location - quick to access all other parts of the island. There was a car and moped rental just steps away as well, which made checking in and renting a car very easy. The apartment was quiet except for we could hear people in the other apartments and certain nights the hotel nearby had loud club music until 10:30pm. "Arrived to the island that evening. Could not find the room once we got to that side of the island. Rooms went from 1-9. Our room was 12. We attempted to sleep in our car, then ended up driving around for 2 hours trying to find an open and affordable hostel or hotel. They would not give us a refund."
