Rooms very nice. Continental breakfast was awesome. Coffee pot in room. Walking distance to Island. This is our third time staying here and this will always be our first choice in the future.

Whether you choose the Hotel or the Inn. The location is perfect for walking around the Island, meals, shopping, or just relaxing buy their pools. We had an excellent stay at the Margaritaville Island Inn. They have a private parking lot and the breakfast in the morning was very good. The beachy feel is wonderfully done. Our stay was perfect. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Margaritaville Inn staff.

Loved that it was within walking distance of the Island. We went there after breakfast for a nice walk. At night for the shopping.

The nicest staff, from the breakfast ladies to the front desk to the custodial staff, everyone was so welcoming and responsive. Our room was clean and walkable to the Island. Always felt very safe, even walking back later in the evening. Would stay again!

You feel relaxed and ready to unwind as soon as you walk in the doors. It’s a really pretty hotel. You don’t want a room facing the main road though because you can hear the traffic unfortunately. Thankfully they let us change rooms immediately to the backside facing the Islands. The breakfast was not as good as we expected from a boutique hotel. They can and should do better. It was pretty much tasteless greasy food. We have had way better breakfast at other hotels.

All front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Property was clean with easy access to the island. We barely had to leave our hotel parking during our whole stay at pigeon forge.

Property was at the island. Great attractions and food. Could easily spend a full day there with children Indoor and outdoor pool. Gym was basic but good for maintenance. Breakfast was good. A light fare but a good start for us as we had 2 lacrosse games to attend in Seymour Tennessee.

Staff not friendly. Room was on the street side. There was a Mustang car show, so it was extremely noisy and watching the noisy cars weave in and out of traffic as fast as they could was horrible. I'm not sure how the owners of the island (Wyndham) could have allowed that. Everything from the time we arrived in the city was an attempt to sell us a timeshare. Recognized it all. Attitudes change when you stand by "no" despite what the free gifts would be.
