"There was a fire alarm throughout the hotel when I went down for breakfast. But no one in my party who were in their rooms even heard it. Soundproof rooms are great, but a fire alarm should be heard in the guest rooms, not just the common areas of the hotel. Everything else went fine other than that situation which I assume was a false alarm since the hotel staff to whom I spoke had no idea about what was going on and continued to act as if it was something normal. "
