"The place was clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. Had to change room because door was missing the keeper so it wouldn’t lock when you weren’t there. Only could lock with deadbolt while inside. They changed our room without any hassle & promptly. Very very nice people. The room could use a chair or 2 for relaxing because only had 1 office type chair. Had to sit on bed. TV too high for watching from bed. "

"I liked the hostess, when i checked in. She was very nice. What i didn't like was, the room smelled dirty but didnt see bugs. The mattress was okay, could upgrade. The entire room of furniture was really outdated, but we did stay a extra night also. They are dog friendly"

"The hotel itself was even more amazing and beautiful than expected! When we drove up, we were all in awe!! We got the King Suite, above the office. There was a huge bedroom, huge bath with a barn door and a large stand-up shower, TWO balconies, a very large and open "living area" with ANOTHER bathroom (no shower)! The couch was a pull out, but we had to ask for extra pillows, sheets and comforter (no biggie). They are pet friendly! There's a small fridge, and I do wish that would have been...

I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed.
It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine.
There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar."

The uniqueness of this locally owned boutique hotel was worth the price. Exquisitely comfortable beds! Lovely gathering space that all rooms opened out onto. Rooftop deck was beautiful. "The hotel is clean and very nice. The staff is some of the most courteous and friendly that I've ever met. The only thing that could have been better for us was the bathtub/shower didn't work exactly right but wasn't necessarily bad. It just took a second to get the temperature to stay right. Other than that, the hotel is a great place to stay"

The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean.
