"Stayed for 7 days - excellent service from very friendly staff - nice hotel with good breakfast - no window in my room due to the location in the old quarter where the buildings are very close but it was OK - overall really good stay with excellent staff - to be recommended "

"A bit of a boring hotel to be honest in a reaktuveky boring area away from downtown Hanoi. We had a room on the lake for just half a day before a late evening flight - and the hotel is located just 35 min from Noi Bai Airport which was convenient. But for a longer stay in Hanoi where you also want easy walking access to sights and attractions it is recommended to stay at the Old Quarter. The area around this hotel is not interesting at all. The service at the hotel was overall pleasant and speedy - but in general the hotel seem a bit old and not that interesting "
