A place gently cradled in the largest regional wilderness park preserve in the country which covers over 50 square miles of pristine Sonoran desert. Surrounded by unspoiled panoramas and teeming with a stunning variety of wildlife that belongs to this desert community, it is seemingly a remote retreat, minutes from downtown Phoenix.
This spacious two-bedroom accessible resort suite measures approximately 1,044 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, dining area and a balcony. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark South Mountain Preserve is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport which is 4.7 miles by car respectively.

No pets allowed. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
