- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.

POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $175/night, hot tub/spa is $75/night charge, or heat both pool and hot tub/spa for $250/night. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool or spa heated. The spa is off from 3-6pm each day. Heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. The pool is a swimmable 85 degrees when heated but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before

-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

How you pay for pool heating depends on what channel you booked through. If your booking is through Airbnb, make the payment via www.Airbnb.com/resolutions. For bookings made through other channels, payment can be made in the Marketplace section of the online Guidebook, which we will text you 14 days prior to your stay. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.
