Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, this luxurious vacation home redefines modern comfort and sophistication. Offering an ideal blend of style, convenience, and relaxation, it’s just moments away from world-class restaurants, upscale shopping, and vibrant nightlife. The property is a private retreat designed to cater to discerning guests seeking both tranquility and access to Scottsdale's finest amenities.
You will be sent a keyless code before your arrival for the entry pad. Before, during, and after your stay, feel free to reach out to us at anytime.
Ideal location for those looking to be minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Less than 3.5 miles. Just minutes away from the vibrant activities and attractions that Scottsdale is known for, you'll find yourself near world-class shopping, fine dining, and exciting nightlife.

From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with an overwhelming sense of grandeur and elegance. Soaring ceilings and expansive windows bathe the open-concept living areas in natural light.
Fully Stocked w/ meticulous attention to detail & professionally managed like a 5-star hotel.
• 4 BEDROOMS
Each bedroom outfitted with a King Bed and luxury linens.
1 bedroom on the first floor with full bathroom next to it in hallway.
3 bedrooms on the second floor, including master with ensuite bath; 2 other bedrooms share hallway bath.

• 3 FULL bathrooms with eco friendly soaps and fluffy towels
1 Full bathroom with walk-in shower on first floor
2nd Full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and 3rd Full bathroom with tub/shower combo in hallway on second floor
• Large family room with Skeech for making memories.
• Stocked Kitchen
Outdoor space:
• Spa - in ground, slightly elevated above pool - heating included with stay (up to 104)
•Pool heating available for an additional $125/day heated up to 85F, 48-hour advance notice required.
• BBQ Area
• Outdoor dining area with bistro lights
• Pool floats
• Note the pool is not fenced, please watch children at all times.
• Separate grassy area.

• Cornhole
• Firepit with chairs

We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. Top notch communication, from beginning through the end of your stay.
CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.
PARKING:
There is garage parking for 2 cars as well as spacious driveway parking. EV Charging is available in the garage.
(Owner does have a car parked in the 3rd bay of the garage)
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Maximum of 8 people.
To maintain our beautiful grounds, please note that we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to backyard and front yard of property. Typically the team comes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but this is subject to change without notice.
HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS:
For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras for monitoring the entry door and the garage. The cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas. The cameras are not monitored during stays however recordings will be reviewed if notified of noise complaints or if undisclosed damage is discovered.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.
Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
PETS:
No pets without prior approval, including service animals. Inquire for approval and fee. Unauthorized animals on the property will be fined $5,000 per violation plus any necessary deep cleaning/damage fees. $200 nonrefundable pet fee.
