- If you opt for pool heating, there is a nightly fee of $75. The pool is heated using a geothermal heat pump, which utilizes the earth's natural energy but does not always maintain a consistent temperature. While the pool typically remains warm during sunny winter days, temperatures may drop below the standard 82 degrees during cold nights and evenings.

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens

- Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests.
