HEATED POOL - $75/night, minimum 2 nights, starting on the day of your arrival. Please note, the pool heating needs to be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival, as it takes multiple days to reach the desired temperature of 80-85 degrees.

Enjoy our updated and vibrant 3 bedroom 2 bath Flamingo House in Northern Phoenix with an amazing back area w/ private pool, mini golf, beautiful mural, green wall w/ "Stay Wild" neon sign photo opp, and everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The Space:
Inside the Flamingo House:
We have 5 queen-sized beds to accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has it's own bed and there are 2 Murphy Beds located in the front room.

The Flamingo House has 2 double vanity baths.
In addition, bedroom 2 has it's own vanity desk with LED mirror and Bedroom 3 has 2 vanity desks with LED mirrors. Also, 2 other full-length mirrors provided in the home.

Out Back:
Step out the sliding glass door to an abundance of seating around the fire pit, including a sectional, egg chairs, outdoor dining table with cow-print umbrella, and poolside lounge chairs.

The yard features a 1200sqft turf, including a 4-hole putt-putt experience.

Common Area:
Stunning living room design, including adequate seating with a big sectional in front of 16' green hedge wall perfect for the Gram. There is also a separate sitting area with 2 additional couches.

You won't be disappointed with the 14' dining table that seats 14 guests! The cutest Flamingo Kitchen is stocked with all the pink your heart desires with pink dish & silverware, microwave, air fryer, knives, and much more.

4 nice outdoor pickleball courts just a block away!

The theme and amenities make the Flamingo House a perfect fit for a bachelorette party, but also tailors to families with kids and anyone looking for a tropical getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire house and the amazing back area to yourselves during your stay. For added security, you will be provided a custom code to gain entry into the Flamingo House, unique to you, and updated for each booking.

PARKING: 5
1 vehicle can be parked in the driveway
1 vehicle can be parked in the space next to the driveway
3 vehicles can be parked directly in front of the home only
DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES

OCCUPANCY:
Please book with the correct amount of people staying so we know how many towels to leave out and update us if things change. You're welcome to have extra guests over, just give us a heads-up so we don't assume there's a party.

EXTERNAL CAMERAS:
1) Front porch overlooking front door and front area
2) Front-right corner of house overlooking right gate and front area
3) Front-left corner of house overlooking left gate and front area
4) Back of house, East side under gutter overlooking back area

Please understand these cameras are for guest safety & security as well as host protection. Do not tamper or cover the cameras at any time. Doing so will result in an immediate eviction of all guests with no refund. There are NO cameras inside the home.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am. This is strictly enforced as we need to respect our neighboring homes. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500).

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We provide a soundbar in the living room for music inside (not to be taken outside). For portable speaker use out back, please keep music at a very reasonable level.

DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest as it's a nightmare to cleanup.

PETS?
Sorry, no pets allowed of any kind.
