The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, curling wands, makeup wipes, toothbrushes, shower supplies, Qtips, cotton balls, hairspray, dry shampoo, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and even a bidet for added comfort.
The additional living room space features 2 sofas (these are NOT sofa beds), perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. There is a lovely indoor fireplace you can use for additional heat in the cooler months, or without heat for the aesthetic. You'll find all the necessary amenities like an iron and ironing board, heating, AC, a washing machine and a dryer, and super fast WiFi. There are stocked cleaning cabinets with laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, etc. You literally need to only bring clothes to move right in!
All 3 bedrooms have a 55” smart tv and brand new ceiling fans, as well as box fans for added comfort. There is extra bedding, towels, and mattress pads in the closets, and cleaning supplies in the laundry and kitchen.
The kitchen has both a Keurig and a drip machine, and as many kitchen appliances as I could think of. There is an electric griddle, an electric kettle, an InstaPot, a slow cooker, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a blender device. Cabinets are fully stocked with dishes and cutlery, tin foil, sandwich bags in all sizes, etc. There is a water tower/ice maker for hot and cold water. There is also workout equipment - a treadmill, a bike, and an elliptical type machine.
The back yard has a wonderful hot tub to relax in, with an electric grill and grill table outside, where you can cook and relax on the conversation set or eat at the dining table. There is also a projector you can use with a large screen that can be set up indoors or outdoors.
