Sleeping arrangements
The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a twin bed, while bedroom 3 provides two twin beds. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a full size bed. A second bathroom with a vanity and shower/tub combo serves the rest of the home. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is fully fenced and designed for gathering. A pool with optional heating (additional fee) invites you to cool off or enjoy a refreshing swim, while lounge chairs offer a place to unwind in the sun. Dine al fresco under the gazebo with an outdoor table, or sit around the fire pit after the sun goes down. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture add to the ease of entertaining and relaxing outside.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics and a selection of cookware and utensils are included, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. The dining table inside and the outdoor dining area under the gazebo make it easy to share meals together.

Entertainment and family features
A game room and TV keep everyone entertained indoors. Families will find convenient touches including a crib (available upon request), a Pack ’n Play travel crib, high chair with tray, children’s dinnerware, and board games. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote work when needed.

This single-level home has no stairs, making it accessible throughout. Guests have use of the garage, driveway, and free street parking. Laundry needs are covered with a washer and free in-unit dryer, and essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep the space comfortable year-round.

Safety and peace of mind
The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, exterior security cameras at the front of the house, and noise decibel monitors.
