Our spacious, welcoming, family friendly, modern home is the perfect getaway for your entire family.

Our house is just 15 minutes away from Cardinal Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex (Spring Training), and the Westgate Entertainment District.

We are also just 30 minutes away from Phoenix, TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Open), Sky Harbor International Airport, and Scottsdale.

Our home is newly remodeled and renovated with a modern open concept offering a luxurious yet welcoming experience that will invite you to feel right at home.

Starting with an easy to use kitchen that includes a full size fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig (coffee included). We offer plenty of utensils and cookware so you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. Dinner is served with a simple, but elegant dinner table (8) and a bar with (3) barstools.

Bright, open, and comfortable living area that opens into the kitchen and dining area features a large comfortable sectional and more than enough seating for your entire family or group. Relax and binge watch your favorite streaming shows on our 65 inch 4K UHD Smart TV. Open seating makes it easy to sit back and read, play one of our great games, or just enjoy some quality time.

The Master bedroom features a KING size bed with a comfortable gel memory foam mattress and clean linens. You'll find a 40 inch Smart TV, 2 large closets with plenty of space to store personal items. The attached, private Master bath has a large walk in shower, with high quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, and extra toiletries in case someone forgot something! Hair dryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.

Two additional bedrooms feature comfortable sleeping areas. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed while Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Both include gel memory foam beds, clean comfortable linens, and closets for your personal items.

Our bonus game room is perfect to keep your family entertained. The retro style stand up arcade features 12 great games, no quarters needed. The infinity table has tons of GREAT board games loaded into it for a fun family game night without the clean up!

The bright and clean main bath has a shower/tub combo as well as high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, extra toiletries, hair dryer, and paper products are provided for your convenience.

Our patio area is perfect for a day of soaking up sun and relaxing by the water. We offer a wide array of pool toys and life vests for the kids. A comfortable, spacious seating area with a fire table and string lighting to set the mood during the warm Arizona nights. Feel free to use our BBQ to grill up your favorite foods.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for guests to use.
