The House ~ The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a private fenced yard. The home is centrally located and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home accommodates 6 adults and 1 additional child and 1 baby/infant (we have a pack n play) for a total of 6 adults and 2 children per reservation.



Living room ~ A large, bright open space for relaxing, chatting and enjoying time with family. Enjoy your favorite movie on our Smart TV or connect to our wi-fi and surf the net. We have a well-appointed welcome table with local information and snacks for guests.



Kitchen ~ well-equipped with modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, and toaster. Ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and baking sheets. Visit our coffee bar to brew up a cup of coffee using the Keurig or brew an entire pot of coffee with the drip coffee maker. Coffee bar also has hot tea and hot chocolate for guests to enjoy.



Dining Room ~ Ample seating for guests to enjoy meals, play games and have great conversations.



Arizona Room ~ have some fun in our Arizona room playing ping pong against your opponent! There is also a desk for those needing to work from home, a loveseat for relaxing and sliding glass door to the yard.



Main Bedroom ~ The Cactus Suite has a large king bed, separate his/her closets, ceiling fan, beautiful view out the pool and ample lighting. The Cactus Suite has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, another storage closet with luggage rack, hairdryer, and a full-sized shower stall with tub. Dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



Second Bedroom ~ The Desert Rose room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, bedroom closet, luggage rack, small dresser and ample lighting.



Third Bedroom ~ The Bunkhouse room is great for young and old alike. It has a twin over queen bunk bed with ceiling fan, bedroom closet, luggage rack, and ample lighting.



Hall Bathroom ~ full shower stall with glass doors, ample counter space, , and lighting, hairdryer and exhaust fan. Dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



Yard ~ Enjoy our beautiful backyard oasis any time of year! We have a large seating area with umbrella perfect for eating dinner outside. There is also a seating area near the pool, large turf area great for playing Cornhole, and a propane BBQ grill. Our pool is fenced however guests must always supervise their children when swimming. Our sparking pool has a relaxing waterfall and basketball hoop for those looking for some fun! Enjoy the ambiance of the cafe lights after the sun goes down.



Please note the pool is not heated.



Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. Guests are also permitted to park in the driveway.



Additional Amenities ~ access to the garage, central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, family games and puzzles, Cornhole game, pool basketball hoop, BBQ grill, porta crib, highchair, and high speed internet for all of your streaming needs or work from home zoom meetings.



Recording/monitoring device cameras on the property in the front of the house (nest Doorbell and Nest Camera) which monitors the front door, driveway and sidewalk and a Nest Camera on the back of the house that monitors the backyard and pool. The cameras record motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our cameras are for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.



Please note ~ This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the house.



Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and Airbnb. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

There is ample parking in the driveway or guests do have access to park in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

The Scottsdale greenbelt biking/walking path is just at the end of the block. Honor Health Hospital is 5 nearby. Not only does this beautiful home have great amenities, but it is also centrally located near all the major events, best restaurants, shopping, and golf courses in the area. We are minutes away from the Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden.



For outdoor activities, enjoy hiking the mountain trails, biking the numerous paths, taking desert Jeep tours, or going on a hot air balloon ride! You will have access to multiple parks and trails including Brown’s Mountain, Sunrise Trailhead, Tom’s Thumb, Biltmore Fashion Park, Granada Park, Camelback Mountain Trails, Piestewa Peak Park Trails and more. It is also located close to some of the best shopping and dining in Arizona at the Fashion Square mall, Old Town Scottsdale, and Kierland Commons.



Catching professional sports games is easy when Salt River Fields are only 4.6 miles and Scottsdale Stadium is 11 miles away.
