We ask all guests to help us preserve the setting and respect the surrounding community. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these house rules.
Registered Guests Only
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Outside visitors, events, parties, or additional gatherings are not allowed.
In accordance with City of Phoenix short-term rental regulations, we are required to collect the names of all adult guests. The primary booking guest must complete our digital check-in form, which includes verification of government-issued ID. Access instructions are released after the required registration is completed.
Quiet Hours
Outdoor quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No amplified outdoor music is permitted at any time. Please be mindful of sound levels, particularly in outdoor areas.
Commercial Use & Photography
Cielo is a private residence and may not be used for commercial purposes, including professional photography, videography, content creation, workshops, or production of any kind, without prior written approval.
This includes staged shoots, brand or product photography, social media production, or any gathering beyond registered overnight guests.
Unauthorized commercial activity may result in additional fees and/or termination of the reservation. Please inquire separately if you are interested in booking the property as a location rental.
Noise, Smoking & Occupancy Monitoring
Cielo uses Minut monitoring devices to measure decibel levels, indoor smoking, and occupancy thresholds. These devices do not record conversations or audio — they monitor environmental data only.
Tampering with or disabling monitoring equipment may result in additional fees and/or immediate termination of the reservation.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Violations of this policy may result in a minimum $500 remediation fee to cover additional cleaning and odor treatment.
Pool & Spa
Use of the pool and spa is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Glass is not permitted near the pool or spa areas.
Safety & Layout
The home features multiple staircases and is not ADA compliant. It is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or young children without constant supervision.
Parking
Parking is limited to: • 2 vehicles in the garage • 1 vehicle in the driveway
The driveway has a steep incline and narrow approach. Vehicles with low ground clearance (including sports cars, exotic vehicles, or lowered vehicles) may not be suitable.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle can safely access the driveway. If there is any uncertainty, we recommend using street parking. The property is not responsible for vehicle damage resulting from driveway use.
Access to the third garage bay is not permitted.
Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras monitor street level, driveway, entry points, and property perimeter. Portions of outdoor areas are visible for safety and liability purposes. There are no interior cameras.
Long-Term Stays
Stays of 29 nights or more require execution of a separate rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit of $10,000 to be collected at least 30 days prior to arrival.
