This Cozy Vacation home is truly special. The "Tramonto" lodge was designed to bring all the outdoor coziness of the Phoenix Sonoran Desert into one peaceful place. We are Centrally located and just minutes to Shopping, Hiking Trails, and Golf.

We are a short distance to Scottsdale, a Launchpad to the Grand Canyon, Sedona Red rocks, Lake Pleasant and convenient shopping and dining are nearby to Enjoy!

The Home:

Tramonto Lodge is a 1-story Spacious and Cozy home, ready for relaxation and a comfortable Summer or Winter Sonoran desert Vacation destination! With the Heated Pool ($85 pool heat fee option per day booked) please request the pool to be heated 48hrs in advance. Beautiful and Sunny Phoenix, come enjoy your relaxing Desert Getaway...

Enter into the foyer, where you can immediately access the executive style work from home office with Gigabit speed internet and wifi mesh network. Past the office there's a bonus mini bar for those specialty beverages. Strolling past the mini bar is the spacious front living area with game section and Foosball table!

Follow the tile walkway to the designer Dining area with Seating for (8)! The dining area includes vintage artwork, including the Eiffel tower painting! Following the dining, step into the Cozy Living room. The HDTV is equipped with Netflix! Adding to that an adjacent, brick-inlaid fireplace for the colder months. Step out onto the back patio to catch some sunshine and use the bbq grill!

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need for preparing meals, including new appliances, multiple coffee-making utensils, and a dining table with bench seating.

Passing the amazing living room down the hall, you'll find our master bedroom with a brand new queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Sit back in the Jetted tub in the Ensuite bathroom and relax your mind, body, and soul...

Finally, heading outside past the sliding glass door you'll find an outdoor dining area with a dining table with seating for the entire family! From there the Sparkling Oasis Pool awaits you, featuring a bench seat and a waterfall! Look to your right and you'll see the sweet spot, Family style seating around the Arizona "Chimnea" Fire Pit! Sit around the fire, and enjoy friends with a view of the Sonoran Desert.

The garage can also be accessed through the hallway inside and has room for 2 cars.

Tramonto Lodge is not only a great vacation destination itself but also an excellent base for to Launch to Sedona, The Grand Canyon and Nearby Lake Pleasant!

Our property is located near I-17 and Carefree Highway, approximately 13mi to Lake Pleasant. Scottsdale and Talking Stick Resort and Casino are a short 30 minute drive for a fun Day trip with Family and Friends..

This location is in Tramonto (North Phoenix, AZ) has community Pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts and more. Just a short Drive to the Anthem Outlets, The Shops at Deer Creek, and Desert Ridge all great places to visit while in North Phoenix.

For those interested in seeing more of the Sonoran Desert, there's multiple Hiking and Biking trails all within a few minutes. Grocery stores as well are quite convenient within 2 minutes!

Tramonto Lodge is ~30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), Scottsdale flanks the home just 30 min. away and an 1.5 hours or so from Sedona. Hurricane Harbor is a wonderful nearby attraction as well! Talking Stick Resort and Casino is 30 min away in Scottsdale. The perfect launching pad to go to the Grand Canyon or Sedona for a day trip!!
