Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals Must be 26 years old to book.



Guests must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.



You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'

-Pool heating is optional and available for an additional daily rate and required entire stay if purchased.



No charge for spa



The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during the winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons, To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay.
