~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 25 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be provided.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway as well as one that faces the backyard and pool.
Violation of any house or association rules may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
**Other things to note**
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
The pool is not heated. There is however a community heated pool in the neighborhood.
There is free parking available for 3 vehicles, one garage spot 2 on the driveway.
*VRBO does not provide hosts with any guest information other than name. Guests must upload a valid Government issued Photo ID to host for security and safety purposes.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Again this home does not rent for less than 30 nights under any circumstances.
