This relaxing and luxurious desert escape features eleven comfortable beds across five lovely bedrooms. Each is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with a Smart TV and a spacious closet or dresser for you to store and easily access your things.

You’ll find a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and two more king-sized and one queen-sized beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. One additional room also has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds. In addition to the main house, there is a Casita with King bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

The master suite has a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. This spacious room features its own fireplace and private outdoor patio with seating and firepit that will feel nice after a long day of golfing or exploring the nearby trails. Each of the other bedrooms features unique and fun decor, a Smart TV, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a quality sleep during your stay.

The home features 5 full modern bathrooms with showers (master also has a soaking tub) and an additional 2 half bathrooms. The bathrooms are bright and spacious with large mirrors and plenty of counter space to make it easy for you to get ready for your day. They’re stocked with plush towels and the essential toiletries you’ll need for your stay.

If you’re traveling with little ones, you’ll find everything to keep them happy, including a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, children’s dinnerware, fireplace guards, and board games!

This comfortable house is single-level, meaning you won’t have to climb any stairs.

To provide keyless and contactless check-in, there’s a smart lock on-site, so your group can enter easily without fumbling with keys.

We are available day or night for any needs or questions you may have. We are super quick to reply, and can be at the house within minutes if needed, so just message us if you need anything at all.

We recommend that guests rent cars, it`s just easier. Uber/Lyft is certainly available, and depending on your plans we can also recommend prearranged driver services (so you don`t miss your tee time or dinner reservation!).

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we`ve partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. PLEASE NOTE that before your booking is fully confirmed, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.

Don’t worry, our process is short and simple. Please have your government-issued ID (passport, driving license, ID card etc.) nearby. You will need to submit a copy just like you would at a hotel.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a small $35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

PET POLICIES (Only Dogs Allowed)

Dog Amenities, Fees, and Policies:
- $150 Pet Fee
- 2 Dogs Maximum (must receive pre-approval from host)
- No Puppies
- Must be fully potty trained
- Back yard is fenced (be sure to always check that all gates are closed)
- Must be on leash at all times when outside of fenced in back yard
- Must pick up all dog waste, tie it up in doggie bag, and dispose of it in large trash cans outside garage (no waste in indoor trash cans)
- No dogs allowed in the pool or spa
- Guest must control dog barking when outside to respect neighbors
- Dogs are to follow quiet hours, just like humans, from 9:30pm to 8:00am
- Any unattended pets must be left in a crate when guests are not in direct supervision. Any damage to the homes doors, walls, flooring, furniture, or linens, etc due to lack of supervision or crating the pet, will result in additional charges for repair.
- Guest must report any damage to host immediately
- Dog Amenities Provided: 2 food bowls, 2 water bowls, 2 leashes, poop bags, 1 large crate, dog pee pads, 1 medium size dog bed


VERY IMPORTANT:
PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WANT POOL/SPA HEATED FOR YOUR STAY BECAUSE WE HAVE TO START HEATING IT 1-2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL FOR THE WATER TO BE HEATED IN TIME FOR YOUR CHECK-IN.
Pool/Spa heating is $125/day, with a 3-day minimum.

THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. YOUR USE IS LIMITED TO THAT STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

RESERVATION/PAYMENT: This reservation will only be confirmed when this signed Agreement has been received by Manager and ID verification has been provided to Manager.
