*Guests must request pool to be heated for their stay by noon the day before check-in.
*Pool heater is set comfortably at 78-82 degrees (depending on the month).

By renting this property, you agree to follow this rental requirement set by the City of Scottsdale. Occupancy limit of not more than 6 adults and their related dependent children. Strict quiet hours of 10pm to 7am.
