Step outside into a private backyard where the Arizona sun warms the air and the scent of a grill drifts across the patio. Glide into the pool for a refreshing swim or gather around the fire pit as twilight settles, the flames flickering against the desert sky. With open interiors and thoughtful touches, every corner is designed to help you relax, recharge, and share memorable moments.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. One suite includes a walk-in closet and double sinks, while the other offers an office area for remote work. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth provides two full beds. Extra pillows, blankets, and linens are included, along with room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard is a highlight, offering space for both quiet mornings and lively evenings. The private outdoor pool is available year-round and can be heated, while lounge seating invites you to stretch out under the sun. Cook on the BBQ grill, gather for outdoor dining beneath the covered patio, or unwind beside the fire pit with propane provided. Children can enjoy water games and activities in the sunshine, while adults relax close by.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Stainless steel appliances include an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and wine glasses are provided, along with cookware, utensils, and outdoor dinnerware. Share meals at the dining table or take them outside for open-air dining.

Entertainment & family features
Spend evenings playing pool or foosball, or choose from numerous board games and books for adults and children. Three smart TVs are set up with Netflix, Pandora, CBS News, YouTube, and Locast for local channels. Families will appreciate the thoughtful extras including a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. High speed WiFi and an ethernet connection support both leisure and work.

Comfort & safety
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable fans, and heating keep the home comfortable in every season. Laundry is simple with a free washer and dryer in-unit. For peace of mind, the home has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras. Noise sensors inside and outside monitor sound levels only and do not record audio or video.
