POOL IS OPEN! 100% compliance with covid cleaning and sanitization

Ground level pool view as soon as you enter. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for that family vacation, friends-cation, snowbirds wanting you escape the cold and even our working professionals who need to be in the Scottsdale’s area.

Our unit will definitely make you feel like home as we took care of your morning joe or tea, some snacks, and condiments if you wanted to crank up the grill by the pool.

We are not big promoters of Netflix especially if you here on vacay - we rather have you enjoy the heat, the sun, the hikes, the golf courses, and of course the pool! We include high speed internet and basic cable just in cause you want to chill inside and watch tv.

We have 2 rooms, one of which has a king size bed and the other has 2 double beds.

Guest have access to the club house - inside you will find a sauna, pool table and a fitness room.

Great Location

The place itself could use some work. The beds were a little hard and there was no curtain that covered the sliding door (just 2 little curtains that didn't cover much) and it faces the pool. The place had what we needed and the location was great. We could walk to old town (30 minute walk), short drive to multiple hikes and train station to get to the bball game.

Nice getaway

Huma was very responsive! Apartment was a little run down but nice for my husband and 2 adult children and me. With a few minor updates, it would really change the overall feel (needs new pillows, sheets, screen door, patio furniture, pans, etc). The patio was extremely dirty but otherwise, cleanliness inside was good. The pool was wonderful (heated!) but unfortunately most people didn't obey the rule of 'no saving chairs' so it was difficult to find room most days. Complex was within walking distance to several fun restaurants.

Great location

Very nice place that was close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed spring training games and Pro Golf. The pool at our place was a plus. Overall, a great place to stay. They could have provided more towels though.

Nice play to stay

Location was as described. Clean and comfortable for our family of 5. My only complaints are that the beds were not comfortable and pillows were not great, also a privacy curtain would have been nice. People at the pool could easily see into the condo. Other than that, it was a nice play to stay. The landlord was also great to work with - quick responses and accommodating. Location in Scottsdale was also great. Close to the freeway to allow for quicker travel. Also close to shopping to make things more convenient.

Don't stay in this unit if you plan on cooking, unpacking or having privacy.

The Maya Condominium complex was fantastic, but we were disappointed with the unit. The pots and pans were limited and were rusted and stained. There was no large pot for a family to make a big meal. There was no closet space and most of the drawers were full of junk. The sliding glass door to the patio wads hard to open and the curtains did not cover the whole door and they were also see-through so there was no privacy in the unit. The listing should clearly state coin laundry in the main part of the description, not that there is a washer & dryer and then in another spot say it is a coin laundry. There were limited paper goods available, only 1/3 of a roll of paper towels, a few tissues and no napkins. An extra fob should be provided for the common areas/pool as not all guests go out at the same time and then there is no way to get in.

Updates needed

This property is incredibly convenient and the check in process was easy. Beds were hard, pillows thin and the place overall needs updating. The living room and dining room furniture was comfortable, which you don’t always find. That was appreciated given the pool and hot tub were down- two of the amenities we selected this property for. 2 minutes to Old Town and Fashion Square Mall and other convenience stores nearby was nice.

It was great!

The condo was great and as described. It was close to some shopping (but you definitely need a car to get to Old Town). The communication was above and beyond. We enjoyed everything and would stay here again.

Fair Price, Some Issues, Great Location.

My friend and I stayed at this condo site and our first impression was not good, the unit had a very musty smell and it seemed that the unit had not been used for a while. Both of us said that if our wives would have been with us this would be a game changer and they would not have been happy but two guys can get over this issue by opening the sliding door wall and letting the place air out. It took two days for the unit to smell almost normal but the sheets and towels had the musty smell of the unit in it for the entirety of the visit. The other issues were the unit needs a new Keurig since it is older and makes the coffee taste like metal, need some new utensils such as cups and silverware, and as mentioned the sheets, towels, and bedding need cleaning or replacement. On the bright side there were many good items to report on the unit such location, location, location, right in the heart of Old Scottsdale and very short walking distance to areas of interest (Zips a local sports bar is right around the corner and is recommended). The Unit was older but nice and updated and matched the pictures completely with two bedrooms that had their own full bathrooms. Each Bedroom had its own TV with working cable and well stocked paper products. Communication with the owner was acceptable except we had to make first contact in regards to getting condo address and information. The owner always responded within minutes of our text to owner via the VRBO app. Overall we liked the unit after initial arrival and believe it is priced fairly, we love the area and would come back if visiting Phoenix.

Wonderful Time

My family had a wonderful time. Great location and amenities, home was well taken care of. Thank you for sharing your space with us :) Only comments- the facility really needs to provide 2 pool passes. With having to use it to get both in and out of any area, it was impossible for one of us to do the pool while the other the spa, etc.

Family HolidayTrip to Scottsdale

This was a great condo for our family trip to Scottsdale for the Holidays. The host was very responsive in communication and was able to accommodate an early check in. This condo was a great fit for a family of 4 as one bedroom has a king bed and the other one has 2 full beds. This is a great location in Scottsdale for shopping and activities. Also the pool and hot tub are very close by. We hope to stay again.

Peaceful stay

The condo was peaceful and clean with exception of the patio which had cobwebs. We loved the convenience to both the pool and laundry. The showers were great but bring washcloths. We made a trip to TJMaxx and bought some. The grocery was also close with both Frys and sprouts within 2 blocks. We would stay again

Good overall, but owner needs to attend to some issues

I have rented VRBO two dozen times and tend to give owners the benefit of the doubt. With this stay the the place was good overall but had some drawbacks. There were a number of things broken - ceiling fan, bathroom fan and a lot missing. There was not drinking cups (just glass), can opener, dishwasher soap and other kitchen necessities. The patio was super dirty and so we did not use it. Owner said they would have it cleaned, but did not happen. When we checked in there were beer cans on the patio, the door was unlocked... turns out there is NO LOCK on the patio door, I was told to put a stick in the slider which is a real fire/safety hazard and needs to be fixed for safety/ legal / code.

Read the pool rules before entering.

We sat at the pools edge and enjoyed a beer and cocktail, no glass along with many others and we're fined $75. It was not the owners fault, I just want future renters to beware even if you see others with drinks in or within 4 feet of the pool stay at least 4 feet from the pool.

Great place !!!

We had a wonderful one month stay at the condo. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in, check-out, and very clean. The condo complex was in such a convenient location. We had a car as we drove here but many days we were able to just walk to where we wanted to go. The grocery store was down the street and many restaurants near by in the neighborhood and then a short 10 minute walk to downtown Scottsdale. The unit was conveniently located on the main level with a great view of the pool. Short walk to pool and hot tub, which we used everyday. The hot tub is the best. The only negative for us was since we were here a month, I wish the kitchen was a little bit bigger and would have had a few more basic kitchen items. Overall though, everything was great. You would not be disappointed if you booked this condo.

Location, location, location!

Had a wonderful time here with my mother and daughter! A two minute drive to Old Town and Fashion Square. Conveniently located close to everything! The pool is amazing, we had everything we needed and the owner was fabulous to deal with. We were so happy that we decided to try and extend our trip by an extra day, which was accommodated quickly and graciously! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone. The condo is extremely roomy, the bedrooms are huge and the back patio is divine! There is a shopping center directly across the street, and all the fine dining and shopping you could ever want just a two minute drive away! Thanks for an amazing girls trip, we will be back!
