THE HOME

Inside Grand Camino, clean lines and modern finishes create a striking look throughout. When you enter, a private sitting room offers a quiet spot to read or relax. The main living room features a comfortable L-shaped couch, mounted TV, and dining table, with large sliding glass doors that lead to the covered outdoor sitting area. Large windows fill the home with natural light and connect the indoors to the backyard.



The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and plenty of cabinet space, flowing into a dining area ideal for shared meals.



Each bedroom is spacious, with comfortable bedding and ample storage. The primary suite includes direct patio access and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms share a modern bathroom with upgraded fixtures and finishes.



DirecTV is available throughout the home.

BACKYARD OASIS

Surrounding the pool is a deck for sunbathing and lounging. A covered patio features an outdoor seating area with a TV, ceiling fans, and a dining table for enjoying meals outside.



Nearby, an outdoor dining station with a grille and wine fridge makes cooking and entertaining easy. The firepit creates a central spot to gather in the evenings, while landscaping with mature trees and desert plants adds privacy and enhances the outdoor setting.



This home is on a corner lot, so there may be occasional light street noise. Overall, it remains a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
