Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Allowed: Dogs and cats only, maximum of 2 pets



Not Allowed: The following restricted breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid



Pet fee:

1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate



Service animals are welcome—please notify us in advance



Failure to declare pets in advance will result in a $500 fee



🔒 Noise & Security



Noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels only (no recording of conversations). Tampering will result in a fee.



Security cameras are located in hallways for safety.



Only one key fob is issued per group for building access.

It was spacious and comfortable with great views. There were coffee shops close by along with an amazing sushi restaurant and other restaurants. The pool area was very nice and relaxing.
