  • Look no further, this single-level vacation home offers the perfect mid-century modern desert retreat. You'll also be just a short drive away from the heart of Old Town. There you'll find an array of restaurants for an evening out. You'll also be close to spring training, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, and the Phoenix Open, giving sports fans and car enthusiasts alike exciting options. Or hop on a LimeBike rental and pedal to Old Town for an afternoon of boutique shopping. Get active and go jogging at Camelback Park (less than a 1/2 mile away) on the paved running/cycling track. Or make use of the sand volleyball courts, tennis facilities, and softball fields.

    Xeriscape desert landscaping welcomes you to this lovely oasis. Inside, you'll find brand-new vinyl wood flooring plus a thoughtfully selected modern design scheme to match the home's original architecture. Two sofas offer plenty of room to gather for a movie on the 55” smart TV. Another awesome perk in the living area is the full-size pool table!

    The fun mid-century vibe continues in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with teal countertops and everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the table in the dining area. There's also seating at the nearby breakfast bar. Take a dip in your unheated fenced private pool, or relax in the A/C and play a game of billiards in the inviting living area. Grill burgers outside and dig in at the patio table, then watch the stars come out around the gas fire pit.

Well cleaned property. Fast response from the management company... accurate photos. Extra things like a super clean grill, laundry pods, extra roll of paper towels were nice to find. Pool/backyard and billiards table both in good shape. Overall a good value.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Guest Services during our entire experience from the beginning, during, and checkout has been exceptional. The property was as advertised, nice & clean. It was spacious, we did jot fill like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood was nice & clean. We were able to cook in lieu of eating out for every meal. I would definitely stay there again.

Retro House

This house was great for my adult daughter and I and our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some great parks nearby for walking. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go.

Wonderful home in a Prime Location !

Our stay in Scottsdale was made even more enjoyable because of the prime location of the house and the pool in the backyard ! The green belt is just around the corner and makes for perfect walks in the evening. The a/c was also replaced just before we checked in and is working perfect to keep the house cool during the high temperature summer days. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Phoenix !

Enjoyed a excellent retreat

My family decided to do a mini-vacation and the requirements were that property had to have a pool and pet friendly. This was our second home, the first had ac issues and the management company acted quickly to move us to new place. Were able to get relaxation and pool time for my family. Hope to repeat in the future

Spring Training weekend

We had a great few days with our 3 grandchildren. The area is a perfect distance to the Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark, the Harkins movie theater, and Walmart to get groceries. We enjoyed swimming at the home pool also. Thank you.

Awesome stay

The whole family had a place to sleep with plenty of room to stretch out. I cooked thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen (with little helpers) and had enough room to move. The dining space was large enough so everyone could be at the big table. Great location, grocery store close,park, Walmart. All you could need. We would definitely stay again

Great place to relax

Space, cleanliness, amenities, number of beds were fantastic. Nice touches were toiletries and laundry/dishwasher detergent available for use. Only complaints were that the dishwasher smelled like death, it needs aired out after being run; the thermostat was a little tricky, could not get the fan to quit running and for some reason the heat was on when we arrived. The only way to get the fan to not run was to turn off the system entirely. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book this again if in the area.

No more carpet and updated bathrooms!

My family and I stayed here the entire month of December last year and loved the location so much, we then booked again for the month of December this year (2021). When we arrived, we were delighted to find the new luxury laminate flooring all throughout the home and the hall bathroom completely remodeled and the new primary bathroom vanity (pictures show the old carpet and baths). As other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen is stocked, but is missing some key things like spatulas and large serving bowls/spoons. The father/daughter pool cleaning team comes over every Wednesday to clean the pool They are very sweet and didn't mind our dogs. Landscapers come once a week as well. I love the location and enjoy the proximity to Chaparral Park and Camelback Park. There is a Safeway at Chaparral and Hayden for quick grocery runs. About a mile from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Less than 10-15 minute drive to Squaw Peak and Echo Canyon Trail and easy access to the 101. Overall, the home is clean, well equipped and centrally located. Looking forward to booking again in 2022!

Very comfortable

This property was just as advertised. It was very clean when we got there, and the check in process was very easy. We had six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, the kitchen only had minimal amount of supplies. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to come back again.

Overall satisfied with stay

The property was well maintained, quaint, and accommodating. We checked in with no issues, and enjoyed the pool and pool table. Unfortunately, one of our guests encountered broken glass in the pool area, left from a previous guest, and cut her foot.

Arizona Heat

Beautiful house in a great location. 3 bedrooms with plenty of sleeping arrangements. House is older but well maintained. I would suggest the put in the listing that the pool is not Heating or Cooled. This is important when you are going for a staycation in the summer and are expecting to beat the heat by taking a swim. The pool water is as warm as a hot tub. Early morning swimming only in the summer. We had a problem with no extra toilet paper was at the probably. We had 2 half rolls to start and ran out the first full day of our stay (please note we were also gone most of that day on a food tour), I contacted the rental agency and they said they would have someone out in an hour to supply us with more but no one showed that evening. I contacted Turnkey again the next day and was given access to the housekeeping closet then about 45 mins later a nice man dropped off several more rolls. Went from 5pm to 11:45am the next morning with no Toilet Paper. that sucked but overal the house was wonderful.
