Chateau Balboa! Heated Pool/BBQ/Family Friendly

Step into the reverie of Chateau Balboa, an eclectic mid-century modern home tucked away in a residential Tempe neighborhood. Carefully curated with unique furnishings and design, the 3BR/2Bath desert oasis features a fully stocked modern kitchen, funky bar nook perfect for a photo-op, and plush beds to rest in at the end of the day. Take a swim in the sparkling pool, fire up the BBQ, and relax in the tungsten glow with a drink as you listen to a great record.

Backyard:
The private backyard has a large HEATED POOL, a Traeger Barbecue Grill, and outdoor games. There is an inside/outside bar, dining table seating 8, and comfortable couches and pool loungers.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are furnished with brand new beds:
Primary Bedroom: 1 Cal/king (Thuma),
1st Guest Bedroom: 1 queen (Casper)
2nd Guest Bedroom: two twin beds (Casper)

Each room has extra pillows, blankets, and televisions for a restful stay. Additionally, there is one full size air mattress with its own set of sheets and comforter to accommodate an extra guest.

Bathrooms:
Each bathroom has the basic items provided:
• Shampoo/Conditioner
• Body Soap
• Extra towels
• Cotton pads/Q-tips
* A hairdryer and steamer are also provided.

Living Room:
The living room overlooks a lush green park. You will find a comfortable leather couch, Bluetooth record player, and 75" 4k smart TV. Enjoy flipping through the art books, and sampling the assortment of records we have provided (please handle with the upmost care: please do not allow children to handle the record player/records). A Netflix account provided is also provided for house.

Kitchen/Dining:
The home has a fully remodeled kitchen and dining room adorned with a sleek Saarinen dining table, bar-cart, and a dedicated workspace. A washer/dryer are available on the property. The following basic items are provided:
• Spices and Olive Oil
• Nespresso Coffee Machine and pods
• Coffee Pot
• Toaster Oven
• Nutribullet Blender
• Pots/Pans
• Dishware/Utensils (serving 12 guests)
• Microwave
• Glassware (mugs, wine glasses, beer mugs)

*The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy and convenient check-in , Nest outdoor cameras for front and backyard security, and a noise detector to ensure a reasonable noise level is kept.

*DOGS ONLY: Please make a note of any dogs that will be accompanying you; we do charge a $50 pet fee.

*We charge $25 for early check-in/late check-out.

*The pool heater will be an additional $45 a day to use.

*STRICT NO PARTY AND NO SMOKING INSIDE POLICIES! Any indication of smoking inside/outside will result in immediate fines of an additional $500 and parties will result in involvement of local law enforcement. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana.
