Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

• Guest Bedrooms: Comfortably appointed to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Outdoor Oasis: Your private backyard is the heart of the home, offering:
• A large covered patio with a TV and outdoor seating bar
• A gas grill for BBQs
• A cozy fire pit for evening gatherings
• Comfortable sun loungers for relaxing poolside
• Fresh, lush sod for a resort-like feel
• A safety-gated swimming pool for added peace of mind

Pool & Spa Notice:
Our private pool and spa are not heated at this time. Arizona sunshine keeps the pool refreshing in warmer months, and the spa is perfect for relaxing without added heat. Please be sure this works for your stay before booking.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, backyard, and private pool. Enjoy a seamless and contactless arrival with our smart keypad entry system. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Additional Cleaning Fees:
Our standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning between guest stays. However, if the home is left in an unusually dirty condition (e.g., excessive trash, stained linens, damaged furniture, unwashed dishes throughout the home), an additional cleaning fee may be charged. We kindly ask guests to treat the property with respect and leave it in a reasonably tidy condition to avoid extra charges.

Local Ordinances
Local laws prohibit all parties, weddings, or events at short-term rentals.
If law enforcement is called due to a violation:
• Guest will be evicted immediately without refund
• Guest will be responsible for all city-imposed fines
• Guest will forfeit their security deposit
These policies are strictly enforced to ensure the safety, comfort, and legality of all short-term rentals in Scottsdale.

Extended Stays (30+ Days)
Casa Zest happily welcomes guests looking for longer getaways or temporary stays in sunny Scottsdale.

For reservations of 30 nights or more, we require a quick identity and stay verification before confirming your booking. This simple step helps ensure a safe, secure, and seamless experience for both our guests and our property management team.

Mid-Stay & End-of-Stay Cleaning:
A mid-stay cleaning will occur 14 days into your stay and every 14 days thereafter, depending on the length of your stay. This typically includes a surface clean and restock of startup essentials and cleaning supplies.

At the end of your stay, a deep clean is required. The total cost for a deep clean is $385, which is higher than the standard short-term booking cleaning fee of $280. Any additional costs may be added depending on the stay.

Once verified, we’ll finalize your reservation and provide all the details to make your extended stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
