✔ PARKING: Garage parking only. Street parking is prohibited and may result in towing.
✔ NO PETS: Strict no-pet policy; violations may result in termination of rental.
✔ QUIET HOURS: Begin at 10 PM. No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior allowed.
✔ NO SCOOTERS OR MOTORIZED DEVICES allowed in the community.
✔ HVAC: Please follow the posted instructions for climate control use.
