The house is close to Old Town Scottsdale. Uber is recommended, but the home is also an easy trolley bus, bikeride, Bird scooter, or golf cart ride away from town.

✔ POOL SAFETY: The pool and spa do not have a safety barrier and are not suitable for young children. Guests with children under 7 years old should closely supervise them at all times or ensure they are confident swimmers.
✔ POOL HEATING: This pool does not have heating capabilities.
✔ PETS: Pets are not permitted at this time.
✔ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 adult guests max + their related dependent children
✔ TOILET USE: Due to older plumbing, do not flush wipes or feminine hygiene products.
