The 2,400 sf home and detached guest house provide 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a bonus room and plenty of outdoor amenity space. Unwind in its highly designed, intimate backyard, complete with a heated pool, oversized spa, BBQ, dining area, gas fire pit, outdoor TV, and covered lounge area. If you came to enjoy Arizona's beautiful weather, this backyard is the place to do it!

The main house offers two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms with a king-sized bed and two full-sized beds, and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom separated from the guest bedrooms. A stunning, fully-outfitted kitchen connects the comfortable living and dining rooms that flow onto the back patio and pool deck. The house also includes a bonus room complete with arcade games, video game consoles, a game table, and plenty of comfortable seating, as well as two twin murphy beds.

The guest house offers additional sleeping accommodations with a king-sized bed and pull-out twin as well as a kitchenette and full bathroom with direct access to the pool deck.

Desert Lotus is the perfect venue to enjoy all that Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer, including shopping and dining in nearby Old Town, attending spring training games, golfing on world-class courses, and hiking scenic trails. Designed to easily accommodate families or groups of up to 12, Desert Lotus is accessible to the Phoenix Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, Papago Park, Old Town Scottsdale, and many other dining and entertainment venues. Once you arrive, you'll never want to leave this desert gem!

House Rules:

Pool or spa heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
