Truly comfortable home away from home. Fully equipped, more than anticipated - from phone chargers, to toiletries, pool and bath towels, etc.The house was clean, spacious and located near everything but on quiet residential street. Check-in and out was very easy. Property manager responsive. Family of 3 adults needed warm sunshine and some healing swim and spa time and the house and Scottsdale delivered!

We absolutely LOVED this house for our girls trip but would be so great for a family trip as well!!! Great location!!! The home decor was beautiful, cozy and perfect! We loved the private pool and hot tub and entire, amazing outside space!! Great communication from host!! Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed and then some!! Lots of personal touches that made our trip even better! Can’t say enough great things about this place! Highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay. Very nice coffee bar and was decorated beautifully and in a great location. Gorgeous outdoor entertainment area and pool. The only thing I would change is to update the part under the listing about not having any cameras on the property except at the front door (ring door bell) because when we stayed there it had a camera shooting in the pool area and that was a little frustrating privacy wise. Other than that we loved it!

Great place to stay.

This place has everything you need to have a great time whether its relaxing by the pool or grilling some steaks on the grill. The only negative thing is the water pressure is a little low when taking a shower but that is no reason not to stay here. I would stay here again.

Great couple of days

This house is even better in person than the listing shows. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The yard was awesome for our family of 4 (mom, dad and boys ages 10 & 12) - the pool, outdoor 'living room' and games kept our family entertained and outside from 9am-10pm every day. It was a really fantastic couple of days!

Family Time

Our group of six enjoyed our stay. The entire patio area was great for a large group. Plenty of seating, barbeque and large tv to watch games. We came for the mariner's spring training and drove about 1hour to get there.BUT we liked Scottsdale over Peoria for better rental options.

The property is advertised as having a “hot tub & heated pool”, but this was the very aspect we experienced issues with, requiring near daily communications with the property manager. The heater turned itself off, the app that controls the pool/spa wouldn't always turn it on, we had to check it daily to ensure it was on and manually turn the heat on ourselves, and once the spa even changed to the pool’s temperature for no reason. The house rules also explain visitors must be quiet as the neighbourhood is quiet, yet we experienced VERY loud music with alot of bass from a neighbour (spa side) on several days, impacting our enjoyment of the backyard. The fire pit wouldnt start either. Inside, the bulb above the stove was burnt out and the property manager couldnt fix it, and a smoke alarm suddenly started beeping every 30 seconds (property manager changed the batteries, but as soon as he left it started again, so all we could do was just remove the batteries again). Beyond this, the pros are the property’s location in Scottsdale is good, close to everything you need, & the house is well appointed, clean and comfortable with hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately the problems we experienced in the backyard, particularly with the pool/spa heating greatly reduced our ability to enjoy what we were hoping to get out of the property for our southern vacation - a quiet place to have a warm swim/spa each afternoon.

Wonderful Amenities!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property! They thought of all the big and small details. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices. Property manager was responsive when we couldn't get the hot tub warmed up. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Beautiful place

This house has a great location. It’s close to everything. Within 5 to 20 min you have top golf, shopping, downtown and awesome restaurants. It’s a safe & quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family. The house had everything you need from household cleaning & laundry supplies to outdoor sunscreen and pool items. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely rebook this house.
