This studio—a private studio apartment, with its own private entrance and yard, in a triplex—is as similarly stocked and competitively priced as a hotel room. While there is not a full kitchen, the unit includes a sizable mini fridge plus freezer, a microwave, a filtered water cooler, and a Keurig coffee maker. Like a hotel, there is also a private A/C unit, a Roku smart TV, a table, and a desk. Unlike a hotel, this cozy Central City suite boasts a unique outdoor and indoor mural by artist Jonah Ballard of The Painted Ladies (@thepainted_ladies on IG).

Your security, cameras on premises, and neighbors
For your safety, security Ring cameras are placed at the gate entry and front door entry to the suite. Although this neighborhood has several empty lots and is next to an industrial area, it's very safe--we live here and have had no issues. All of our neighbors are very friendly folks who will always look out for one another.

Ask for an early check-in/late check-out
Check in is 3 p.m. daily. Check out is 11 a.m. daily. Our early check-in and late check-out fees are $30 each, respectively.

Quiet hours enforced from 10pm-7am daily. This is not a pet-friendly listing, and no glitter is allowed. Breaking of any rules will result in a fine up to $150 and/or immediate cancelation of your reservation.
