Arcadia gem with easy access to Super Bowl and waste management

Coming to Phoenix to enjoy the Super Bowl?  Waste Management Open?  Or Both?  You’ve found a large, newly remodeled home in prime location to make it to either!
 
When you’re not enjoying the halftime show or the teebox at hole 16 we think relaxing at our little oasis in the desert is just about as good as it gets!! Walking distance from some of Phoenix’s best neighborhood spots like LGO, Buck & Rider, North, or Chelsea’s Kitchen, to name a few, you will not be lacking entertainment options near “home”.  If you’re tired of being out and about relax by our new front porch fireplace and take in the beautiful views of camelback.  If you’re feeling less social, and/or want to watch tv outdoors feel free to park it in the back yard… don’t worry there’s a fire pit out there too!

 Our home is NOT a rental property, but we would like to welcome NFL/golf fans to stay.  The house is technically 4BR/3.5 bath but one of the bedrooms has been converted to a gym.  Another one of our bedrooms is a children’s room with bunkbeds and plenty of toys.  Depending on what your plans are, this can stay as is or be converted to a bedroom with a queen bed.
 
We decided to list our home for rental somewhat last minute but be sure everything will be dialed in for your stay.  Please feel free to message us with any questions.  Again, we are not professional VRBO sellers but we’ll do anything we can to make sure you enjoy your stay!
