Free street parking is available in front of the property. Chelsea Place also has a shared carport located behind the building and accessed from the alley. Carport parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located in the common areas of Chelsea Place.

Shared Courtyard
Guests have access to Chelsea Place’s shared interior courtyard. The courtyard is fenced and secure and is shared among the property’s nine residences and the single family home also located there.

Hance Park & Dog Park
Margaret T. Hance Park is directly outside Chelsea Place, giving you convenient access to green space, walking paths and activities in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The park also has a public dog park, a great amenity for guests traveling with dogs.

Chelsea Place is an urban property in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Guests should expect the normal sights and sounds that come with staying in a vibrant downtown neighborhood.
