The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

For guest safety, there is a security camera at the front door and another facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.



Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



We also use exterior noise monitors that do not record but simply measure decibel levels to help ensure a peaceful environment and prevent parties.



All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay. We kindly ask that you observe local quiet hours and respect the neighborhood.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
