"This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. High-end finishing/furnishings throughout property. Great location - near town, beaches, etc. i highly recommend for a unique, quality stay. Thank you Jared for a great stay."

"Orchid Harbor is a charming house located in one of Maine’s beautiful coastal areas. There was lots of room inside and out for our use. It was very comfortably furnished and had many touches that harkened back to days gone by. (I discovered a stack of old magazines, many of which were Women’s Day and were published in the 1940s and 50s and cost a whopping 2 cents!) The spacious lawn in front was right on the edge of the water and with picnic tables and plenty of chairs provided, was a wonderful...

"Reasonable price. Due to the stairs leading to the unit I wouldn’t recommend for older individuals. If you just want to catch a nights sleep it’s a good place but not inviting to sit, talk and relax."

"If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!"

"The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ambleside. The spacious home was well appointed, clean, and the location was great. We were able to explore Boothbay with an easy walk to town via the footbridge or short drive. Cooking in one night was wonderful in the large kitchen, dining table for 10 and good cookware. The screened porch was a good gathering spot too."
