"This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. "Its a cute little place but doesnt have a kitchen. It has fridge, microwave, and electric burner but no sink. This was an issue as I was traveling with toddlers and had to go to bathroom to wash sippy cups and bottles. Hot water was limited. It only got slightly past luke warm for a shower. I think host lives above unit and they might share a hot water heater. Host was responsive in communication. "
