"We booked this spacious and comfortable bungalow for our Christmas break. It was ideally situated to visit sights such as Uppark, Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst, Pulborough and Chichester - all within ,30 minutes drive. "Nicky and Peter introduced themselves and answered all our questions. There are sweet outdoor spaces with great views. It's cosy and the one-track road makes you feel right out in the country. "

"Caravan was very clean and had a lovely homey feel to it. Everything you need for a break, making for a very comfortable stay. The site itself is nice, great play park for younger kids We didn't purchase the passes for swimming or the arcades/entertainment, but any onsite staff we met were very helpful and friendly."

"The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books."

"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
