"Beautiful house with all amenities needed! Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Bring a couple of baggies/Saran Wrap, if you’d like. So much space, ping pong table and the fire pit for s’mores were a hit! We had spotty WiFi for a bit, but the owners helped remedy the situation. Very comfortable bedding, too. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Cute little rental spot only a few minutes out of town. The dock was perfect to fish off of and enjoy a peaceful relaxing evening. We had a few hiccups, but the hosts were excellent and took care of it immediately! The second bathroom off of the kitchen is very tiny and my 6’2 husband was a little squished on the loo. If we’re ever back in the area, would stay again!"

"Nice home inside. However, the outside needs some TLC. Lots of geese poop, deck needs cleaning and the dining table was very old with an umbrella that had no stand. Also, the playscape was taken over with lots of weeds. A little landscaping could definitely be beneficial. However, we made the best of it and had an enjoyable time. Make sure you bring camping chairs and water shoes!"

"Wonderful location for a downtown Charlevoix stay. Convenient to shops restaurants and bars. Balcony overlooking downtown provides an enjoyable area to relax. Host was very responsive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend."

"Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. "

"The address and check in information was provided within a day of booking. So much better than the typical day of check in communication.The premises had space to park a boat, which was a major factor in choosing this property. The lodge also had a shared laundry room which was made available to guests after 4 pm.The unit was very clean and Elizabeth communicated from booking all the way through check. It's the best communication I have experienced with a VRBO or similar property."
