ABOUT THE RENTAL
Nestled in the trees of Birchwood Farms, this bright and clean modern home is ready to host your group for your next trip to Northern Michigan! Upon entering the home into the foyer, you are welcomed by an open staircase that lets light travel from the front to the back of the home. Clean and crisp painted walls of neutral colors allow for a very relaxing feeling throughout the home. The dining table can seat six with an extra two seats at the kitchen counter bar. The kitchen and dining area are open to each other which allows those in the kitchen to be part of the conversations elsewhere. Plenty of light pours in during the day and the second set of oversized sliding doors offer another entrance to the wraparound deck. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances make this kitchen easy to cook and enjoy meals at the home. The primary suite is located on the main level and offers a king bed, TV with cable, and a third entrance to the deck. The spacious primary bathroom has plenty of counter space, a soaking tub, and stand-alone shower with another entrance off from the foyer to offer a bathroom to the main level of the home. The oversized laundry room is located off from the kitchen as well as a door to a screened-in porch area that connects to the one-car garage. Upon taking the stairs to the landing area which overlooks the living room are two bedrooms located on each end of the home. One upper level guest room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV with cable and a Roku setup where you can login to your streaming accounts. There is a recently updated second bath on the upper level to service the guest rooms. Very clean and comfortable home! *Fireplace is inoperable.

This home is located in Birchwood Golf and Country Club, just above the shores of Lake Michigan. Amenities are available to enjoy with a resort fee paid to Birchwood after booking. *These amenities are an extra charge not included with your booking.*
