"This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. Though I live less than an hour away, it was a real vacation for me. We will definitely be back. Granny of Cold Spring,Ky."

"We had an issue checking in but the owner, Jon was promptly responsive and helped us through everything and resolved our issue! The property was amazing and the backyard was gorgeous and very peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and we loved the bathroom. Amazing place to stay for a few days!"

"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "Very welcoming staff of all I interacted with at least Place is probably not in the best shape it has ever been. There was a smell in the room, which really was the only reason I had to have the AC running to some extent The breakfast included is great for the price of the outskirts of downtown Cincinnati. While I can understand that some might feel like it is a sketchy area (Probably mostly because it is pretty empty around) I really didn't feel it that way. The walk from Great American Ballpark to the Hotel overall felt as safe as you can expect in a big city Overall it felt like good value for money"
