"Good location, about 5 mins walk from Nanny Cay entrance, but takes about 12 minutes to walk to the beach. Good amenities including air con in bedrooms, plenty of towels, good shower. Host Nelle and her sister were very friendly, good communication and happy to help. A nice place to have a base in BVI spring regatta"

"The condo is spacious, with a full living room and dining room. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. It was clean and well situated for exploring the island. It is right across from the ferry and near restaurants. We were able to store our luggage in the office before check in so it wasn’t left in our car."

"Very clean! Updated cozy little apartment with everything you need. The outside patio was better than photos. If there were any downsides it might be that we found we had to keep the doors closed to keep the moisture out. But of course this is the trade off for staying on the water! All in all a great stay (especially for a surfer because it was a 2 min walk to the best wave in Tortola!)"

Checking in was super easy and the owners are really down to earth, nice people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We had a wonderful time here. "The screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced It doesn’t work properly and allowed small bugs to get in. The door lock to the apartment was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Not much hot water for showering. We managed but had to wait between showers. We were able to manage ok and it was in our budget so considering we were only there to sleep, it was fine. If you’re expecting luxury you’re not getting it here but if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, it’s fine. We spent each day...

"This property is the perfect tropical getaway. Situated right on the water, we had our own private beach, stunning views, and tranquil waves to lull us to sleep each night. The villa is furnished comfortably. Each bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage for belongings. Two bedrooms are en suite and the third has a bathroom in the hallway (3 bathrooms total). "This place is a little slice of heaven. We slept beautifully with our AC on at night while listening to the buzz of the island life around us. The staff were incredible and stopped by every day to see if we needed anything. Our view of White Bay was INCREDIBLE. Perfect spot for 2 couples with our own sections of the villa, king sized beds, kitchen. We WILL be back!!"
